He will speak about the &quot;T<a href="http://www2007.org/berners-lee.php" hreflang="en">wo Magics of Web Science&quot;</a></li> <li>A workshop is organised on &quot;Tagging and Metadata for Social Information Organization&quot;, during which <a href="http://www2007.org/workshops/paper_45.pdf" hreflang="en">Semkey</a>, a <a href="http://blog.reportlinker.com/tag/semantic%20collaborative%20tagging%20system">semantic collaborative tagging system</a>, will be analysed.</li> </ol>
