Also check out http://www.airfarewatchdog.com. The folks over there manually search thousands of fares each day the best deals across the airline websites as well as discount carriers like Southwest and Skybus. Unfortunately, most other sites do not cover any of these, so you never know if you're getting the best deal possible. Definitely worth a look...
